Forget the landscape issue. Cut the sidewalk that runs along Shelly Rd for that same residence. First you can walk because of the overgrowth from 6604 Valley Estates. Then there is a "total" visual obstruction to the right as a driver approaches the Stop Sign.
Check you recent accident log for the Valley Estates Dr - Shelly Rd. It is almost as bad as Town & Country Dr -Milbrook Rd.

Yes the front yard looks better. However the traffic hazard (view from the Valley Estate Rd Stop sign looking to the Right on Lynn Road) has not yet been addressed.
The problem with the property has not been resolved. Take a look at the side yard that borders Lynn Road from the view point of the stop sign at the intersection with Valley Estates Dr. A driver needs to pull a good ways in towards the first lane of the intersection to see around the vegetation that blocks the view of traffic approaching from the right on Lynn Rd. That same vegetation serves as an obstacle for anyone attempting to use the sidewalk on the East side of Lynn Road.
I will attempt to send a picture Sunday AM when the traffic on Lynn Rd is lighter.
