We did a field inspection and this is primarily a drainage problem but entirely within the State right-of-way We have notified the District Engineer. NCDOT does not currently monitor SeeClickFix inquiries and has requested that we direct you to call (919) 733-4768 or submit your request using the Contact Us link on the NCDOT site at http://www.ncdot.gov/contact/.
