Cars are parked very close to the entrance of Pinecrest Townhomes, at the intersection of Grove Barton Rd and Pinecrest Townes Dr. Unfortunately, the cars often block the line of view when exiting Pinecrest Townes Dr. Many cars have to pull out into the street just to see what's coming. I myself have been in an accident there because of the low visibility when coming out of the subdivision combined with cars who speed down that street. There are signs now 10 feet from the entrance, but they don't seem to help. Please move the signs further from the entrance to a position where cars will not block the view of vehicles on or entering Grove Barton Rd.
